The alignment device, if we were to use the analogous representation of the Stargate DHD, we have two interlocking pyramids, or the Star of David, and a hint to the stationary translation nexus builders.
These triangles are interlocking mechanisms, which can lock in a specific position, and enable a bridge to be created between universes. At P points, pivots, these triangles ‘open’ and ‘close’. When these triangles are pivoted open, there are unlocked, as seen in Figure B, and when these triangles are ‘closed’ they are locked in place, as seen in Fig. A.

T1 and T2 are rings, where by one of these rings is a stationary alignment mechanism, the outer ring T1, and the inner ring T2, allows the triangles to open and rotate into before locking onto place.
Each of the points of the triangle may lock on 6 symbols, as like a stationary object in space may be defined by 6 interlocking point (e.g. cube). As per our previous article, Multiverse Traveler’s Icon: A Crown Above a Heart, we described a symbol above the door of the stationary transaltion nexus to be attributed to our destination, the focus on a single image, can conjure up a conceptual matrix, our ‘universe bubble’, as described in the Star Trek: The Next Generation episode “Remember Me”.

However, the rational for these 6 symbols may be different from the Stargate storyline. As originally described by the character Daniel Jackson, their gate required 6 symbols for a destination, and one point for the origin. In the Stargate storyline and our described story here, the devices are reversed whereby our alignment device(s) are two rings, which sit on a pedestal (figure C) and have two intersecting triangles which align the device, as opposed to the Stargate itself being the two rings, which are to be aligned. Our pedestal device may be a flow control adjustment device. Note in our side view of the pedestal with the Eye in between the ‘to be aligned’ triangles, we believe these triangle are used in a similar fashion to the astronomical and navigational Sextants. For the conspiracy theorists, another twist to the symbol on the back of the dollar bill, as well as the mystery pyramid shafts in the pyramids of Egypt.
