Exploration Approach

If you accept that there are alternate universes within this boundless Multiverse, allow the possibility that energy and information can be exchanged between alternate universes within the Multiverse, as explained in the article Multiphasic Resonance: Information Transfer in the Multiverse, and other Evolpe theories , and if you can conceive of humans as bio, chemical, neuro energy signatures of information, you can conclude Multiverse travel is achievable.

These alternate universes may be explored, and there are several methodologies, which have been identified to achieve this.  Each method, based on your perspective, may have advantages and disadvantages.
